About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join their Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant. This role involves cleaning guest rooms and suites according to established procedures and Four Seasons standards, restocking amenities, preparing rooms for turndown service, and performing full room attendant duties in both occupied and check-out rooms. The position requires working harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Requirements

• Knowledge of housekeeping
• Good communication skills
• Physical mobility as lifting, walking, bending and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
• Speaking, writing and reading English is required.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn is must.
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Applicants without valid work authorization for the United States will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and suites following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
• Prepares assigned rooms for turndown guests.
• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms as assigned.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.
