About The Position

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, managing laundry, and maintaining an organized workspace. The position also requires participation in deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed. Requirements

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
  • Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linen.
  • Keep cart and closets organized.
  • Participate in deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
