We are currently looking for Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in beautiful Kelowna, BC! The Housekeeping Department is a crucial part of our overall operation and there is never a dull moment. We all work together to make the hotel shine so that guests can have the best experience possible. Join our team as we take on the mission to provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals
• Thoroughly clean assigned rooms
• Take the initiative to offer friendly assistance or answer questions from our guests
• Thoroughly understand and implement brand service culture
• Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
• Able to work independently
• Must adhere to grooming and uniform standards
• Must adhere to all safety guidelines when using cleaning materials
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, push, pull, kneel, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Perform other duties as required
