We are looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team and help ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, spotless, and enjoyable stay. As one of the most important members of our hotel team, you'll be the key to creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and equipment use
Understanding of safe chemical handling procedures
Lift and transport up to 25 pounds
Push and pull carts and equipment up to 100 pounds
Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout extended shifts
Work in varying temperatures and environments
Safely work around cleaning chemicals, dust, and cleaning equipment
Reach above shoulder height to perform cleaning duties

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms according to hotel cleanliness and brand standards
Make beds and replace linens daily
Vacuum carpets and clean windows
Dust furniture, fixtures, and room surfaces
Replenish guest room and bathroom amenities
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, mirrors, showers, tubs, toilets, and floors
Keep housekeeping carts clean, stocked, and organized
Stock linen rooms and housekeeping supplies
Report maintenance issues and repair needs promptly
Complete daily assignment sheets and housekeeping reports
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, elevators, pool areas, and common spaces
Remove dirty linens and transport them to designated areas
Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
Maintain guest confidentiality
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
Assist coworkers and guests as needed
Report guest concerns or complaints to supervisors
