This role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they are immaculate. Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, sorting laundry, operating laundry machines safely, and maintaining an organized workspace. The attendant will also assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
- Handle linen with care.
- Keep the housekeeping cart and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning and special projects.
- Participate in team training when needed.
