This role is primarily an in-office position with specific physical requirements. The attendant will spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day. Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday is expected. The role requires frequent fine motor skills for tasks such as keyboarding, typing, using a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment. Effective verbal and written communication is essential. The attendant may occasionally need to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items. The ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds for items like files or office supplies is necessary. Visual ability to read computer screens and printed materials, with close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation for certain roles, is required. The ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings, and to use a phone or headset, is also important.
