Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service are also key aspects. The role requires developing and implementing strategies to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings, while fostering positive working relationships and supporting team goals. The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and standing for extended periods is necessary, as is the ability to use computers and interpret written documents. Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors is also part of the role.
