This role is for a professional who wants to be paid for performance, not for punching a clock. At Bennington, we believe top performers deserve top pay. If you own your results and take pride in delivering excellence, you can earn over $30/hour within 90 days if you work smart. We have a clear scoreboard, and we reward those who hit the benchmarks. If 'good enough' is in your vocabulary, this isn't for you. You will own the guest-readiness for 2-3 vacation homes daily. Your mission is to ensure a flawless experience for families who trust us with their precious time to reconnect. We will give you the autonomy, tools, and support to run your route like it's your own business. You won't need supervision because you supervise yourself. The work is physical and requires precision, but the results are visible and rewarding.

Requirements

Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license.
Vehicle insurance.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
Willingness to work peak days (Fri-Mon) and holidays.
Accountable, coachable, and comfortable with direct, respectful feedback.
Must pass a background check and drug screening (cannabis alone is not disqualifying; screen for safety-sensitive substances; non-violent records considered case-by-case; offenses involving violent crime and/or theft may be disqualifying).
