About The Position

LivSmart Studios by Hilton is seeking a Room Attendant with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to ensure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience. This role involves maintaining high housekeeping standards, assisting guests, monitoring supplies, and participating in deep cleaning projects. The position is physically demanding, requiring individuals to be on their feet, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and kneel. Basic literacy and math skills are necessary, along with a flexible attitude towards shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Fitness is important as it's a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day
Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects
May need to bend and kneel to complete some activities
Literacy skills - reading, writing and basic math skills
Flexible attitude to shifts – you may be required to work weekends and/or holidays

Responsibilities

Making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests
Helping our guests in any way you can – whether they’ve forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find the elevator
Keeping your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems
Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimize waste
Doing your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items
Regularly assisting with deep clean projects
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of kitchen supplies, and properly rearranging the room after guests check out
Work quickly & efficiently to stay on a quick room turnaround schedule
Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service
Rotate cleaning public areas with other housekeeping team members
Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor
Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift
Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
Abide by Brand and Hotel standards of presentation in each room
Keep access key card secure
Adhere to the policies and procedures in the Company Policy Handbook.
