About The Position

Lorien Mount Airy is looking to hire a Housekeeping Porter/Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff. As a Lorien team member, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in an clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Full Time, Part-Time, PRN Schedule: 7a-3:30p
• Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily floor care services
• Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
• Gather and take out garbage
• Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
• Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
• Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
• Trash collection
