Lorien Harmony Hall is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Porter / Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. In this role, you'll help maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our community while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve every day.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
• Clean and maintain hallways, common areas, resident rooms, and public spaces.
• Shampoo carpets and operate floor care equipment safely.
• Collect trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Restock housekeeping and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Work as part of the Environmental Services team to provide an exceptional resident experience.
