About The Position

This position is for a Housekeeping Nights team member at our Arcadia, WI complex, which employs approximately 500 team members and works with 150 local growers. Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions.
  • Ability to apply common sense.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day.
  • Ability to multitask and work quickly.
  • Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Intermediate Analytical skills preferred.
  • Desire for continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides supply room coverage and light housekeeping duties.
  • Cleans injector needles and tools.
  • Cleans laundry daily.
  • Picks up and cleans tables/counters in lunchrooms, locker rooms, and meeting rooms daily.
  • Cleans sinks and toilets in restrooms.
  • Mops floors in misc. office areas.
  • Shovels snow & salts walkways during winter months.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, such as break coverage, checking supplies, and collecting knives.
  • Hands out supplies and ensures adequate stock to meet facility needs.
  • Tracks inventory and supply distribution.
  • Trains others with the skills and knowledge gained from the position.
  • Observes all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies.
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere.
  • Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks.
  • Consistently practices and enforces safe work habits.
  • Participates in process improvement and problem solving.
  • Follows all company animal welfare guidelines.
