Housekeeping Manager - Full Time - Weekly Pay
About The Position
The Village at Summerville is seeking an experienced individual in Environmental Services to join their compassionate Christian ministry dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors of all faiths. This role involves assisting the department director with planning, organizing, and implementing daily tasks for environmental services staff. The Housekeeping Manager will also perform routine inspections to ensure a safe and sanitary community in accordance with SCDHEC regulations and company policy. This supervisory role will coordinate resident moves with residents and/or their families and develop positive relationships with residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of environmental services experience
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Valid SC driver’s license
- Intermediate Computer Skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the department director with planning, organizing, and implementing daily tasks for environmental services staff members.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure a safe and sanitary community is maintained in accordance with SCDHEC regulations and company policy.
- Coordinate resident moves with residents and/or their families.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with residents.
