We’re looking for additional dependable, detail-driven Housekeeping Leads to help guide our team and ensure every guest walks into a space that feels clean, comfortable, and ready to enjoy.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Ability to motivate and support a team
- Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks
- Availability for weekends and peak resort season
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the housekeeping team during daily operations
- Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure top-quality standards
- Help train new team members and reinforce best practices
- Assign tasks and keep the team on pace during busy shifts
- Communicate with maintenance and front desk on room status and needs
