About The Position

This position provides a full range of services to ensure a clean and safe environment for our persons served to heal and rehabilitate in. The role involves maintaining cleanliness across various areas, handling laundry, and adhering to safety protocols. The position is full-time and requires floating between central Iowa facilities.

Requirements

• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Ability to float between central Iowa facilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by cleaning and disinfecting common areas, activity spaces, offices, and restrooms.
• Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restocking supplies.
• Handle laundry duties, including collecting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and clothing.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and cleanliness protocols.
• Collaborate with team members, assist at other locations as needed, and participation in rotating weekend and holiday schedules.
• Support the organization's mission by contributing to a healing and supportive environment for individuals.
