Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor - New Brighton, MN
About The Position
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing the selection, training, development, and performance of the housekeeping and laundry staff. This role involves establishing and communicating job responsibilities, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident rooms and public restrooms, by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines. The supervisor also completes resident discharges and prepares rooms for next admission. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our team.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
