About The Position

As a member of the North Point Team, the Laundry and Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for the collection, cleaning, maintenance, and distribution of apparel, sheets, blankets, towels, and other linen from guest rooms and any other areas within the hotel.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 45 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Requires ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Nice To Haves

• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Experience in a laundry setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count and collect sheets from different parts of the hotel and guest rooms or laundry chutes (if applicable)
• Wash, dry, iron, and fold collected sheets
• Distribute laundered materials to the appropriate departments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry rooms, supply rooms, and other areas as assigned
