About The Position

The Housekeeping Laundry Assistant at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all linens and laundry items. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of hygiene and presentation expected by our guests and staff, contributing to the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a housekeeping or laundry role preferred.
Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens and other laundry items according to company standards.
Operate laundry machinery such as washers, dryers, and ironers in a safe and efficient manner.
Inspect linens and laundry items for damage or stains, and report any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management, including counting and tracking linens and supplies.
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and laundry items.
Follow all company policies and procedures, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing any laundry-related inquiries or requests promptly and professionally.
