About The Position

The Housekeeping/Laundry Aide cleans resident rooms and other interior and exterior community areas, delivers laundry efficiently, and helps maintain a positive physical environment for residents under the direction of a supervisor. The role follows health, sanitation, and infection-control policies and the standards established by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures. Training is provided. This is a part-time position with day shifts, paying $17.00 per hour, at a skilled nursing facility in Aurora, Ohio.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and other interior and exterior community areas.
• Provide efficient laundry delivery services.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for residents.
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection-control policies and established community standards.
