About The Position
We are a Long Term Care Facility seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, but not required, training will be provided
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
- Dispose of trash and soiled linens in accordance with safety and infection control guidelines
- Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment
- Sort, fold, and distribute clean linens and personal clothing
- Maintain supply levels and ensure cleaning carts are stocked and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and facility policies
- Cross-train and assist in both housekeeping and laundry departments as needed
