This role involves inspecting properties, running supplies to units, performing touch-up cleaning, and building relationships with contract cleaners. Requirements

1 year of housekeeping inspecting experience (preferably in vacation rentals).
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Inspecting condos, townhomes, and beach houses to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness.
Running items to units (coffee pots, irons, mops, etc.) to keep them stocked.
Performing touch-up cleaning when necessary.
Building strong relationships with contract cleaners to ensure properties are in top shape for guests.
