We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Inspector to ensure our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to our quality standards. This full-time position requires weekend availability and the willingness to perform hands-on cleaning as needed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required; less than one-year related experience and/or training; or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment, chemicals and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, etc.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain list of units and spaces that need to be inspected, organizing priorities as appropriate.
  • Inspect units to ensure cleanliness and proper staging.
  • Inspect kitchen inventory in units and replace missing items.
  • Communicate with housekeeping team if a unit needs additional housekeeping service.
  • Update system with completed units.
  • Answer radio calls in response to guests’ needs.
  • Perform quality cleaning of rooms, units and common areas within set time limits and goals.
  • Ensure that cleaning equipment and materials are maintained, reporting any items needing repair to Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager.
  • Respond to owners, guests and others regarding housekeeping issues.
