We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Inspector to ensure our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to our quality standards. This full-time position requires weekend availability and the willingness to perform hands-on cleaning as needed. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required; less than one-year related experience and/or training; or acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver’s license.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating manuals, etc.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Responsibilities

Obtain list of units and spaces that need to be inspected, organizing priorities as appropriate.
Inspect units to ensure cleanliness and proper staging.
Inspect kitchen inventory in units and replace missing items.
Communicate with housekeeping team if a unit needs additional housekeeping service.
Update system with completed units.
Answer radio calls in response to guests’ needs.
Perform quality cleaning of rooms, units and common areas within set time limits and goals.
Ensure that cleaning equipment and materials are maintained, reporting any items needing repair to Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager.
Respond to owners, guests and others regarding housekeeping issues.
