Requirements

• Ability to perform multi-task assignments.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate (oral and written) with team members and guests.
• 1+ year housekeeping/self-inspecting experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet standards upon guest arrival.
• Clean rooms, including stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning dishes, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters, and moving furniture.
• Clean, inspect, and turn in rooms as ready according to HGV's high cleanliness and working order standards.
• Report deficiencies to maintain room compliance with resort standards.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities.
• Assist co-workers as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Adhere to regular attendance, grooming standards, and safety guidelines.
