The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards, communicating needs or errors to Housekeeping staff. This role involves inspecting guestrooms for maintenance repairs, following up on guest complaints and requests regarding room services, and ensuring appropriate follow-up with guests. The inspector will also communicate with alternate shift housekeepers regarding rooms to be cleaned and special requests, and complete other duties assigned by supervisors. The hotel operates seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
