We are seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to help ensure our guest rooms and hotel facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you'll play a key role in maintaining the appearance and quality of our hotel. You'll work closely with housekeeping staff, management, and guests to ensure every room is guest-ready and every stay exceeds expectations.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping Room Attendant experience
2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector
Experience working in a hotel environment
Familiarity with hotel management systems

Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
Conduct inspections of public areas, fitness center, pool area, offices, and service spaces
Identify and report maintenance issues requiring repair
Verify room status and update housekeeping reports
Assign daily duties and distribute housekeeping assignments
Coordinate staff breaks and workflow priorities
Train and coach housekeeping team members
Monitor supply levels and equipment readiness
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain positive guest relations and confidentiality
Follow up on room requests and service issues
Ensure every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming environment
