About The Position

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, takes pride in noticing the little things, and wants to play a direct role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you like variety in your day, enjoy solving problems, and care deeply about quality, this could be a great fit. As one of our boots-on-the-ground team members, you will travel to multiple Hallson properties throughout the day to inspect homes before guest arrivals, identify maintenance or cleanliness issues, restock supplies, and support our cleaning teams through training and feedback. This is not a desk job. It is an active, hands-on role for someone who loves moving, improving systems, and helping a fast-paced hospitality team succeed.

Requirements

  • Experience cleaning, inspecting, or managing short-term rental properties
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using company apps and systems such as Slack and Breezeway
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to complete background checks and standard pre-employment screening
  • Must have hands-on experience cleaning, inspecting, or managing STR properties and be proficient in using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Ability to navigate company communication apps, including Slack and Breezeway.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Possession of appropriate documentation, including a valid Social Security Number.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and other screenings as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of vacation rental homes before guest arrival
  • Ensure each property meets Hallson brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and readiness
  • Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and exterior areas for issues
  • Identify and document preventative maintenance needs
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and guest supply stock as needed
  • Provide feedback and training support to cleaning teams
  • Help maintain consistency across all homes according to Hallson standards
  • Occasionally assist with guest-facing needs in a professional and solutions-oriented manner
  • Respond to special requests and urgent operational needs as they arise
  • Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
  • Support large cleaning or quality improvement projects when needed
  • Complete other duties assigned by the management team
