Housekeeping Inspector
About The Position
Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector at our Parkside Resort. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests enjoy their stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order in their accommodations. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms meet high standards before guest arrival, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for our Members and Guests.
Requirements
- Ability to perform multi-task assignments.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to communicate (oral and written) with team members and guests.
- 1+ year housekeeping/self-inspecting experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean rooms, including stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning dishes, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters, and moving furniture.
- Clean, inspect, and prepare rooms to meet the high cleanliness and working order standards of HGV.
- Report deficiencies to maintain room compliance with resort standards.
- Replenish linen and guest amenities.
- Assist co-workers as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Adhere to regular attendance, grooming standards, and safety guidelines.
