Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Excellent organization skills
• Positive Attitude-Customer service oriented
• Read and speak English
• Ability to follow instructions
• Able to lift 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeepers’ carts and linen closets with supplies
• Vacuum, shampoo, sweep and mop hallways, stairwells and vending area
• Retrieve all trash
• Flip mattresses and move furniture when assigned as deep cleaning
• Respond to Room Attendants requests
• Retrieve dirty linen and trash from housekeepers’ carts
• Re-Stock storages with guest supplies and products used in housekeeping
• Strip beds when needed or assigned
• Respond to guest request
• Report any hazards or defected equipment, furniture, etc. immediately
• Submit any items left behind by guest to Hotel Lost and Found
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures
• Amongst other special projects when assigned
