About The Position

As a Housekeeping Houseperson, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all Public Spaces around the Hotel premises. This includes all common areas on the inside and outside of the Hotel, guest floors, Housekeeping storage, etc. This opportunity is for individuals who have a heart to serve, be a team player, and love cleanliness.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning machinery (buffers/extractors)
• Ability to lift and push properly – 50 plus pounds
• Flexibility with availability to be able to work different shift hours and varying job duties
• Personable, friendly and outgoing
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Passion for delivering personalized customer service and a strong commitment to creating the desired guest experience for all
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism
• Ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members
• A positive, can-do, team player attitude
• A strong desire to support and assist your department and other hotel colleagues, and help them navigate and overcome roadblocks and obstacles
• A desire to learn and grow and a fast paced, chic, exciting environment!

Responsibilities

• Stocking floors
• Delivering items to guestrooms
• Cleaning public areas
• Assisting in all other areas of housekeeping on the overnight shift
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all Public Spaces around the Hotel premises
• Maintaining cleanliness of all common areas on the inside and outside of the Hotel, guest floors, Housekeeping storage, etc.
