In the role of Houseperson you will focus on details, ensuring public areas are clean and tidy, caring for elevators, guestroom landings, vending areas, etc. You will also be responsible for reporting anything missing or in need of repair. You will need to be organized, ensuring assigned areas are kept stocked, clean and crisp. A key aspect of this role is being a team player, helping coworkers by pitching in as needed, including doing some of the heavy lifting. You will also act as a housekeeping ambassador, sharing a warm greeting and a smile with all guests encountered, and serve as a safety and security agent by following established policies and procedures and anticipating problems.
