About The Position

The House Attendant plays a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. This role involves facility management, assisting with villa upkeep, managing linen closets, providing guest services, and responding to emergencies. The House Attendant will also operate a golf cart and perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

Clean furniture, carpets, ash urns and doors.
Maintain cleanliness of stairwells and corridors by sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
Employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies.
Operate, clean, and maintain oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer in villa.
Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.
Move beds and furniture as requested.
Put on bed skirts, turn mattresses, and remove or hang sheers and drapes.
Remove trash and soiled linens as requested.
Resupply guest rooms supplies and armoires daily.
Deliver linen from Meadows to the linen closets, including armoires, as needed.
Inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the linen closets.
Offer assistance to guests when requested and as needed.
Deliver and pick-up guest request items when assigned (i.e. irons, ironing boards). This includes making up and delivering cribs and sofa beds.
Respond properly to any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.
Operate a golf cart.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management or staff.
