About The Position
Four Seasons is currently looking for a Housekeeping House Attendant. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of luxury and personalized service at the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley. The Housekeeping House Attendant will be responsible for ensuring guest corridors, service areas, and guest rooms are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Requirements
- Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and nights.
- Must have a strong eye for detail and the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Strong communication skills and service passion.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Previous Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed, and dusted.
- Ensures mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark-free.
- Maintains cleanliness of service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms by sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Moves racks of clean linen to guest room floors.
- Stocks linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities.
- Empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors.
- Assists Housekeepers as required, including moving beds and furniture, turning mattresses, and removing or hanging sheers and drapes.
- Picks up and delivers guest request items such as irons, ironing boards, cribs, and rollaways on a timely basis.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Housekeeper.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
