About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a House Attendant to join their dynamic Rooms Team. This role is ideal for someone with excitement and dedication in serving guests. The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, stocking linen and storage areas, and delivering guest request items. They are expected to anticipate and service guest needs before being asked and be knowledgeable about all available menu options. As the hotel operates 24/7, flexibility in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40 pounds of weight
• Strong communication skills
• Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

• One to two years’ experience working in Housekeeping preferred

Responsibilities

• Keeping the public areas of the hotel clean
• Stocking linen and storage areas with clean linens
• Delivering of guest request items
• Anticipating, customizing, and servicing guest’s needs before being asked
• Being knowledgeable about all available menu options
