Regular Full-Time Housekeeping House Attendant
About The Position
Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for its housekeeping team. This role is for a house attendant who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares a passion for service excellence. The position involves restocking guest room supplies and linens, maintaining cleanliness of various areas, removing trash and recyclables, delivering guest-request items, assisting Guest Room Attendants with tasks, cleaning and preparing arrival rooms, and supporting the housekeeping team during absences or high demand periods. Requirements
- 1+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities
- Restock guest room supplies and linens in service areas and maintain cleanliness of pathways, laundry rooms, supply closets, and all assigned zones
- Remove all trash and recyclables and dispose of them properly
- Deliver and pick up guest‑request items promptly
- Assist Guest Room Attendants with tasks such as putting on bed skirts, rotating mattresses, handling sheers and drapes, and moving furniture
- Clean and prepare arrival rooms, ensuring there are no missing items and upholding Four Seasons quality standards
- Assist the housekeeping team during absences or periods of high demand
