About The Position

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a On-Call Housekeeping House Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Housekeeping House Attendant reports to the Director of Housekeeping and is responsible for the cleaning of lobbies, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, Spa and Fitness Club, and other rooms division areas. This individual will also assist the room attendants regarding moving beds as well as moving other furniture in the building. We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Requirements

  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication as well as guest contact and organization skills
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment and customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Service Passion
  • Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the cleaning of lobbies, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, Spa and Fitness Club, and other rooms division areas.
