This is a full-time position located at our Scripps Memorial campus in La Jolla. Must be available to work an Evening shift of 2:00pm-10:30pm and a varied schedule including weekends. Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
Nice To Haves
- 6 months Housekeeping experience in Health Care or Hospitality
- Qualified candidates have extensive customer service experience and a desire to provide the highest quality of service
Responsibilities
- Patient care area cleaning
- Non-patient care area cleaning
- Linen service
- Waste removal
- Sharps container removal
- Meeting/event set-up/breakdown
- Infection control/sanitation utilizing technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills under the guidance and support of a supervisor
- Follows established policies and practices to ensure compliance with the Joint Commission, Title XXII and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Displays and practices a work style that reflects the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization
