Requirements

Ability to speak, read and write English

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
Cleaning, laundry services and hospitality experience is preferred
Caring & compassionate attitude for others
Strong customer service focus; ability to work discreetly in resident and guest areas
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; work independently with limited supervision
Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
Maintain cleanliness of entire building, assist with cleaning of resident equipment, all while maintaining proper safety and infection control procedures
Assist with monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying supervisor of low supply in timely manner
Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
