Requirements

Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required
Proficient with office tasks, including Windows and Microsoft Office, Opera and HotSos
Versed in phone etiquette and guest interactions
Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

2 years of Housekeeping Coordinator and/or Supervisory experience in luxury hotel preferred
High school educations or equivalent experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all employee and guest phone calls are handled appropriately
Ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned
Ensuring all guest requests are met
Ensuring all arriving traces are in the room prior to guest arrival
Inventoring office supplies and ensuring the office is clean
Coordinating work orders in assigned section
Following up to ensure work is completed
Clear communication with the rest of the team to ensure all guest requests/calls are completed
Monitoring and tracking all house charges
Organization of daily paperwork
