The Housekeeping Coordinator will use technology to send, receive, and print product requisitions, and order packaging, raw materials, and supplies as needed. This role involves notifying management of low stock levels, completing requisition forms, and organizing and maintaining filing systems. The position also requires printing, organizing, and separating various necessary documents, summarizing relevant information, and distributing it to appropriate employees. Additionally, the coordinator must report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions, complete safety training, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. The role includes welcoming guests, assisting other employees, communicating clearly and professionally, and developing positive working relationships. A key aspect is ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. The job also involves reading and visually verifying information, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing tasks that require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. The role may also require moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as up and down stairs or service ramps. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also part of the job duties.
