The property is a new and exciting presence in the downtown LA scene, offering the classic Freehand accommodation experience for guests, while also fully integrating into the local community with a calendar full of events and activations at the Broken Shaker rooftop bar and pool, Rudolph’s Bar & Tea bar, The Exchange Restaurant, and Cafe Integral.

Requirements

Be professional and highly organised

You must be eligible to work in the US to be considered for this role
Proven ability in a similar role

Hospitality background preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

Ensure rooftop pool area is stocked with clean towels, chaise lounge chairs clean and maintained along with other allocated areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard every day
Deliver an outstanding guest experience to enjoy a great range of spotless rooftop pool facilities
Support the smooth running of the housekeeping department ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard and the housekeeping practice and standards are adhered to
Report any maintenance issues to your line manager
Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance
