About The Position

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests. This role involves detailed cleaning, restocking supplies, handling guest requests, and ensuring the security of guest belongings. The attendant must adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and contribute to positive guest interactions.

Requirements

• Must be available Weekends.
• General scope of work includes but is not limited to: Strip, clean, sanitize, and restock guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Be accountable for the guests' belongings left in the rooms. Any found items must be turned in immediately to your supervisor or manager on duty.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear clean uniform.
• Keep housekeeping supply cart clean, organized and stocked.
• Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences.
• Actively engage guests while being pleasant.
• Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and local area entertainment / dining.
• Prompt reporting of maintenance issues.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of responsibility.
