About The Position
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves restocking amenities, managing laundry, maintaining an organized workspace, and participating in deep cleaning and team training as needed. The position requires a customer service mindset, physical stamina, and schedule flexibility.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the entire shift.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and surfaces are free of dust.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linen with care.
- Keep the housekeeping cart and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when required.
