About The Position
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves maintaining the appearance and organization of guest rooms, restocking amenities, managing laundry, and contributing to overall hotel cleanliness and guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and surfaces are free of dust.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
- Handle linen with care.
- Keep the housekeeping cart and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks.
- Participate in special projects and team training as needed.
