The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of all common area spaces to meet designated standards. This role involves identifying and reporting maintenance issues, requesting repairs, and ensuring cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored. The attendant will also complete required paperwork, respond to requests from management, and serve as a departmental role model. Key responsibilities include following all company and safety policies, maintaining a professional appearance, protecting company assets, and providing excellent service to residents. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and standing for extended periods, as well as using a computer for work-related information. The attendant must also visually verify and interpret written documents and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
