About The Position
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves maintaining guest rooms, restocking amenities, managing laundry, organizing supplies, and participating in deep cleaning and special projects. The position requires a customer service mindset, physical stamina, and schedule flexibility.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset with friendly and helpful attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and rooms are free of dust.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
- Handle linen with care.
- Keep the work cart and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed.
