About The Position
Housekeeping Associate at Concord Park provides a clean environment for senior residents. The team appreciates a safe, home-like, and fun work environment. The role involves completing laundry and housekeeping tasks according to the assigned schedule, cleaning residents' apartments weekly and performing emergency housekeeping duties as needed, cleaning common spaces, furniture, fixtures, and bathrooms, replenishing bathroom supplies, taking care of departmental equipment, and working with a team to complete assignments.
Requirements
- Physical requirements: Standing, lifting (up to 30 pounds), bending
- Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Be on time and reliable – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our team to be reliable at all times.
Responsibilities
- Complete laundry and housekeeping according to the assigned schedule.
- Clean residents’ apartments on a weekly basis as assigned and perform emergency housekeeping duties as needed.
- Clean common spaces, furniture and fixtures, and bathrooms. Replenish bathroom supplies in common areas, as needed.
- Take care of equipment used within the department.
- Work with a team to complete assignments.
