About The Position

Saint Luke’s South is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to be responsible for the cleanliness of its facility. As a member of the Environmental Services Department, this role is instrumental in fighting against hospital infection. The associate will interact with patients daily, aiming to bring something positive to their day and ensure Saint Luke’s is “The Best Place To Get Care, The Best Place To Give Care.” This is a full-time position with a five-day work week, Monday to Friday mornings, including rotating weekends (every other weekend).

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Accountable for cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, bathrooms, floors, and offices
• Removing trash, wiping surfaces, and any other tasks related to cleaning
• Responsible for own trash/linen/bio removal
