About The Position
Maintain cleanliness and neatness of assigned apartments and common areas. Support a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow housekeeping priorities and instructions from supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform general housekeeping in apartments: vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, dusting
- Clean hallways and common areas as directed
- Complete tasks in priority order set by supervisor
- Maintain equipment and supplies in proper condition
- Attend in-service training and education sessions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain resident confidentiality at all times
