About The Position

Its not magic that makes our church clean and ready to go day in and day out, its our Facilities Team! Our Facilities team work hard behind the scenes to prepare our church facilities to host guests during the Weekend Experience, weekly meeting located on site, and special events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Christ Follower (Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions aligned with our religious beliefs and faith)
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds on consistent basis
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment and without direct supervision
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening or closing shifts
  • High level of proficiency with housekeeping functions

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all scheduled event areas are in excellent, clean condition, before and after events
  • Prepare building for the Weekend Experience, week day ministry events and other hosted meetings, and special conferences and church events
  • Provide janitorial services as needed: Including but not limited to: cleaning event areas and restroom facilities according to established standards.
  • Perform spot cleaning as needed.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines
  • Remove and dispose of trash and waste material
  • Monitor and replenish restroom supplies, including soap, paper products, and hygiene items
  • Follow procedures and checklists to ensure proper cleaning
