PS is a luxury hospitality company that builds and operates private terminals for commercial flights. PS currently operates at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and is developing new terminals at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport. With unprecedented access, PS has the only private partnership with both TSA and Customs and Border Protection, our guests move seamlessly through arrivals and departures. A team of expert Agents works behind the scenes to choreograph every step of the pre- or post-flight experience. Sail through our private, line-free TSA screening, access dedicated customs and immigration services on arrival, and relax as our trained drivers escort you across the airfield directly to/from your aircraft. All without stepping inside the Airport. Guests also enjoy private suites, chef-prepared food, spa services, and more, all while our Control Room coordinates with government, security, and airline officials to ensure the utmost efficiency, safety, and privacy. As a Housekeeping Associate at PS, you are a critical part of delivering our elevated hospitality experience. This role goes beyond maintaining cleanliness, you are responsible for creating an environment that reflects the highest standards of luxury, comfort and attention to detail across all PS spaces. You will service private Suites, Member Salon areas, Back of House and Office spaces with the same care and precision found in the world’s leading luxury hotels. You are empowered to take ownership of your environment—anticipating needs, responding to requests and ensuring every space contributes to a seamless and refined guest journey. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, a strong sense of pride in your work and the ability to operate within a fast-paced, highly dynamic airport environment. Due to the unique operational needs of PS, Associates must maintain flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. This role reports into the Housekeeping Manager. Due to the unique operational needs and scheduling of the airport and the airlines it serves, PS requires all Associates to maintain open availability on the days they are scheduled to work. Start Times for their 8-hour shifts will be altered to meet the schedule of customers' reservations.

Requirements

Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Service oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Comfort working in a fast paced, operationally complex environment
Ability to meet physical demands of the role
Must have a reliable method of transportation to travel to and from PS MIA
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
luxury hotel experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and readiness of all PS spaces, including private suites, member lounges, restrooms, offices and back-of-house areas, ensuring they consistently meet PS’s premium standards.
Prepare and reset private suites with meticulous attention to detail (linens, amenities, surfaces, overall ambiance, etc.) ensuring each space feels pristine, intentional and welcoming.
Ensure all shared environments, including the Member Salon and transitional spaces, remain spotless, organized and reflective of PS’s luxury brand at all times.
Move seamlessly throughout the property, proactively identifying and addressing cleanliness and presentation needs without direction.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest and team member requests, supporting the overall guest experience with warmth, discretion and efficiency.
Maintain organized housekeeping carts, storage areas and supply levels. Adhere to all PS protocols, including safety, sanitation and security standards.
Identify and report maintenance issues or repair needs in a timely and accurate manner to preserve the integrity of the space.
Work closely with Housekeeping, Operations and Hospitality teams to ensure alignment and continuity in the guest experience.
Uphold PS standards for appearance, communication and conduct. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times within a high-profile guest environment.
Perform physically active work including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing and carrying items up to 50 lbs, while maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
Adapt to changing operational needs and support additional duties as required to ensure an exceptional and uninterrupted guest experience.
Monitor, dispatch and update in real time PS operational systems (radio, Teams chats, Helpdesk and other PS operational systems).
