As a Housekeeping Associate at PS, you are a critical part of delivering our elevated hospitality experience. This role goes beyond maintaining cleanliness, you are responsible for creating an environment that reflects the highest standards of luxury, comfort and attention to detail across all PS spaces. You will service private Suites, Member Salon areas, Back of House and Office spaces with the same care and precision found in the world’s leading luxury hotels. You are empowered to take ownership of your environment—anticipating needs, responding to requests and ensuring every space contributes to a seamless and refined guest journey. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, a strong sense of pride in your work and the ability to operate within a fast-paced, highly dynamic airport environment. Due to the unique operational needs of PS, Associates must maintain flexibility in scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. This role reports into the Housekeeping Manager. Due to the unique operational needs and scheduling of the airport and the airlines it serves, PS requires all Associates to maintain open availability on the days they are scheduled to work. Start Times for their 8-hour shifts will be altered to meet the schedule of customers' reservations.
